1. Our role
Seats Taken Travel Co. organizes group motorcoach trips using third-party transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and other suppliers. Our role for each trip is described in its booking materials.
2. Seller-of-travel disclosures
When registration information is required based on a trip or traveler’s state, applicable details will be confirmed and provided before booking.
3. Membership & loyalty
Membership tiers may provide access, pricing, or perks described at signup. Loyalty tiers are based on completed trips, have no cash value, and may be modified with notice.
4. Booking, pricing & payment
- Prices may change until a deposit is received.
- Deposits, final-payment dates, and minimum traveler counts appear in each trip’s booking details.
- Eligible trips may offer Flex Pay; approval and terms are determined by that provider.
- A trip that does not meet its minimum may be cancelled with a refund of amounts paid to us, except disclosed non-refundable third-party costs.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Deadlines and refund eligibility vary by trip and Supplier. Travel protection is strongly recommended.
6. Conduct
Travelers must follow trip, motorcoach, and venue rules. A traveler may be removed without refund for behavior that endangers the safety or experience of the group.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seats Taken Travel Co. and Parkers On The Go LLC are not liable for Supplier acts or omissions, illness, injury, loss, traffic, weather, mechanical issues, government action, or events beyond our control. Any liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the affected trip.
