1. Our role
Always On The Go Travel acts as an independent travel advisor arranging services on your behalf with third-party airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies (“Suppliers”). We are not the provider of those travel services.
2. Seller-of-travel disclosures
We operate as an independent affiliate hosted by Wanderkeep Travel Group. Applicable registration information for a traveler’s state of residence will be confirmed and provided before booking when required. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute state approval.
3. Booking, pricing & payment
- Prices can change until payment is made and confirmed by the Supplier.
- Deposits, final-payment dates, and cancellation deadlines are set by each Supplier.
- Most advisory services are provided without a separate fee. Any unusual fee will be disclosed before service begins.
- Advisory support is available for trips booked directly through us.
- Eligible bookings may offer Flex Pay; approval and terms are determined by that provider.
4. Cancellations, changes & refunds
Cancellation rules, change fees, and refund eligibility are determined by the Supplier’s terms. Travel protection is strongly recommended.
5. Documents
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccination documentation, and other entry or exit requirements. We can provide general guidance, but requirements should also be verified through official government sources.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Always On The Go Travel, Parkers On The Go LLC, and Wanderkeep Travel Group are not liable for Supplier acts or omissions, travel delays, injury, loss, weather, strikes, government action, or other events outside our control. Any liability is limited to advisory fees paid directly to us.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by North Carolina law, except where superseded by applicable seller-of-travel laws.
